What information is needed to create a reminder?
You only need your client's phone number and the appointment details. If you use Google Calendar, add the phone number in the event title or description. If you create appointments directly in the app, enter it in the form. If you import from CSV, include a column with the phone number.
Do I need Google Calendar to use RicordamiApp?
No. You can create and manage your appointments directly in RicordamiApp without any external integration. If you already use Google Calendar, you can also connect it for automatic syncing. On Team and Business plans, you can also import appointments from Excel or CSV.
From which number are reminders sent?
Reminders are sent from a dedicated WhatsApp number provided by RicordamiApp. You don't need to use your personal number or set up additional accounts - it's all included in the service.
Which calendar platforms are supported?
You can use RicordamiApp in three ways: creating appointments directly in the app, connecting your Google Calendar, or importing from Excel/CSV (Team and Business plans). Support for additional calendars is in development.
Can I connect multiple calendars?
Yes! You can connect multiple Google calendars to your RicordamiApp account. You can also connect your team's calendars. If you don't use Google Calendar, you can manage all your appointments directly in the app.
How does the Excel/CSV import work?
On Team and Business plans, you can upload an Excel or CSV file with your appointment data (phone number, event name, date, time). The system creates the events and schedules reminders automatically. Ideal for importing large batches of appointments.
How do payments work?
RicordamiApp is a subscription you can pay monthly or annually by credit card. We use Stripe to process payments securely. You can read more about payment security on our security page.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will apply at the next billing cycle. There are no additional fees for changing plans.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. You can cancel at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current period, whether monthly or annual.
Do I need to provide my credit card to start the trial?
No, you don't need to provide any payment information. After sending your first 25 reminders, if you'd like to continue using the service, you'll need to select one of the available plans.
